If you plan to make use of ARHU travel funds, please be aware that this year we ask that you complete this form in addition to notifying us that you will be availing yourself of the funds. Please be sure to fill out the form and notify us at least 2 weeks before the ARHU travel award deadlines:

• Round one: to department by October 4
• Round two: to department by November 18
• Round three: to department by April 4
