Restaurants/Off-Site Meals
Requests for eating at restaurants/off-site meals are submitted through Concur.
If you HAVE a travel card:
- Submit an event request via Concur.
- After approval, the cost can be charged to your credit card. You may tip up to 18%, per State of Maryland regulations.
- Alcohol, if approved as part of the meal, must be charged on a separate receipt and cannot be charged to your travel card. Alcohol costs must be submitted separately for reimbursement through the foundation.
- At the conclusion of the meal, submit the event expense report.
If you DO NOT HAVE a travel card
- Submit an event request via Concur.
